Kforce has a client that is seeking a Risk Program Manager I in Plano, TX. This role is Hybrid - 3 days a week. Duties: * Risk Program Manager I will coordinate, monitor, and develop programs for Risk Operations Contact Center * Partner with many cross functional teams to improve our Contact Center operations with a specific focus on metrics, process efficiencies, and customer experience * As a Risk Program Manager I, you must be comfortable taking on additional responsibilities and projects as needed, this role will change over time and require an Agile approach and being able to thrive with changing priorities * Focus on understanding, managing, and enhancing the systems, tools, and processes within our Risk Operations organization to elevate our customer experience
