They focus on developing and implementing strategies to effectively communicate the organisation's mission, values, and initiatives to various stakeholders including employees, customers, investors, media, and the general public.

In public relations at PwC, you will focus on managing and enhancing the Firm's reputation through strategic communication and media relations. You will build strong relationships with stakeholders and promote the Firm's brand and values.

Risk Services (part of PwC Advisory) is one of the fastest growing businesses within PwC Singapore - with over 550 professionals focused on key client agenda relating to Risk & Regulations and enabling confidence in Digital Disruption (includes transformation change, cyber, and, data & analytics).

We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Senior Associate in the Risk Services Strategic Marketing function, instrumental in enabling our Risk Services business teams to effectively engage with clients and the broader market on key industry issues. This helps to drive long-term business growth.

Here are the three key responsibilities of the function:

1. Deliver an Integrated Go-To-Market campaign to enhance brand positioning and client engagement

Collaborate with business leaders to develop campaign strategies that effectively communicate our insights and solutions, addressing key client issues from planning to execution.

Act as a central point of contact to coordinate efforts across the different internal marketing functions (e.g., design, social, comms, branding) to facilitate business team deliver a seamless campaign execution.

Help business teams maximise engagement and reinforce a consistent brand message across all channels and materials. Leverage targeted campaigns and content tailored to specific client and market segments.

Encourage a proactive mindset to optimise efforts throughout the sales and marketing funnel, feedback to make informed adjustments ensuring each interaction adds value, and fosters successful business relationships.

2. Foster a cohesive behaviour and consistent messaging to strengthen brand positioning:

Collaborate with Risk Services Leadership to design and implement targeted internal communications to help ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across different teams, enhancing the overall impact of strategic efforts.

Foster cross-departmental collaboration to maintain consistency and encourage innovation in campaign strategies, aiming to strengthen overall brand positioning

3. Operationalise marketing support to ensure marketing efforts are both effective and sustainable

Build and implement the processes & tools that create a robust marketing support infrastructure, enabling a quicker response to market changes and customer needs

Establish mechanisms for feedback and optimisation to refine strategies and ensure alignment with evolving market dynamics

Allowing the marketing team to manage incoming requests by prioritising tasks to maintain a sustainable workload and ensure adaptability in marketing efforts.

This role requires a combination of essential qualifications and desirable qualities as follows that will collectively drive success and innovation.

Degree in marketing, communications, or general business or economics / liberal arts

Minimum 4-6 years marketing / campaign planning experience, preferably in professional services or B2B environment

Fluent in business English (written and spoken)
