岗位职责：
● 针对Lazpay账户体系、资金渠道、支付场景和欺诈案件等进行风险评估，通过数据挖掘和其他手段，建立针对性的欺诈风险管理策略、风险模型与监控机制
● 通过数据化运营的方法，及时掌握风险及业务的变化，根据实际情况持续优化调整风险策略，最大限度地减少跨多个产品、多国家的业务欺诈资损
● 过与案件调查，模型等内外团队合作，针对历史案件进行深度挖掘，刻画用户特征和作案链路，持续优化欺诈风险对抗能力
● 监测和评估各项风险策略执行情况和效果，持续优化和完善风险政策，跟踪业务和风控指标变化，通过数据分析定位问题，并给予解决方案建议
● 负责Lazpay各项业务的风险评估，并根据不同的业务特点制定相关风控方案，并持续监控，且不断优化调整风控策略，以帮助Lazpay在欺诈损失和客户体验之间建立最佳平衡

Role Description:
Deliver decision strategies
● Develop data-driven decisions to support the Risk's quantitative goals, specialize in analyzing fraud patterns, monitor their impact and adjust it according to the business scenarios we operate in.
● Work with Lazpay's detailed business data to optimize performance and minimize financial loss across multiple products, global regions and financial systems.
Drive End-to-End processes with partners across many teams/organizations
● Plan and execute long-term projects from start to finish. Drive partners from across the company to help in executing process.
● Think and execute product requests to help Risk achieve goals of reducing fraud losses and improving customers' experience.
● Enable cross-functional governance processes to promote alignment and engagement between PMO and business stakeholders.
Support Product and Business Teams
● Work to improve user experience in Lazpay's products while maintaining high Risk decision accuracy.
● Act as Risk's point of contact for products launches, represent Risk's point of view and make sure Lazpay products are launched with Risk capabilities that meets our high standards.
