Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

Join BILL’s Risk Portfolio Management team, where we strive to identify, assess, and mitigate risk vulnerabilities within a dynamic, fast-paced fintech environment. As a Risk Vulnerabilities Analyst, you will play a crucial role in proactively safeguarding the company by testing processes, analyzing data, and identifying vulnerabilities that could impact our operations and clients. Your work will directly support BILL’s mission to deliver secure and reliable financial services.

What You Will Do Risk Analysis & Testing: Conduct comprehensive reviews and vulnerability assessments across BILL’s systems, processes, and controls to identify, document, and prioritize risks. Insight Generation: Produce actionable insights from vulnerability assessments to inform and influence business decisions, proactively addressing identified risks and enhancing BILL’s risk mitigation strategies. Quality Assurance: Ensure effective quality checks on risk-related alerts, controls, and incidents, maintaining rigorous standards and documentation to validate findings. Vulnerability Tracking & Reporting: Utilize and maintain a Vulnerabilities Tracker, capturing relevant metrics and documentation to communicate status and resolution of risks. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, Compliance, and Operational Risk teams to share insights and coordinate on remediation action plans. Process Improvement: Assist in developing and maturing the risk identification and monitoring processes, incorporating industry best practices and innovation. Stakeholder Communication: Present findings and insights to management in a clear, effective manner, supporting informed decision-making. Stay Informed on Regulatory Standards: Monitor trends, regulatory updates, and industry developments to stay ahead of potential risks and maintain BILL's compliance posture.

We’d love to chat if you have:

Experience & Background:

3-5 years of relevant experience in internal audit, quality assurance, risk management, or compliance testing, preferably within fintech, financial services, or consulting environments. Familiarity with risk assessment and testing methodologies, and experience working within a Risk Management or Risk Analysis function. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Risk Management Professional) preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or similar) and ability to synthesize data for reporting purposes. Experienced in data visualization with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Looker to deliver clear and effective data storytelling. Skilled in presentation design, using tools such as PowerPoint and Google Slides to create visually compelling, impactful presentations for cross-functional teams. Strong communication skills for relaying technical information to diverse audiences. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on process improvement and continuous learning. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with a proactive and mission-driven mindset.

The estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper, UT. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in BILL’s bonus and equity plan. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

Draper UT pay range$81,300—$97,200 USD
