Responsibilities & Duties:
Responsibilities of the position includes operation of front-end loader to maintain the flow of materials and product; barge loading and unloading; utilizing skid steer; general plant cleanup; maintains conveyor systems, and other duties as assigned by management. This is a dynamic position that gains exposure to all areas of our operations, based on the business need. This position will have the opportunity to learn how to perform plant operations and maintenance as well as loading and unloading barges. All positions are considered safety sensitive.
Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50+ lbs. Ability to walk/step between barges and docks on the waterway Ability to tolerate exposure to dust, noise, and outdoor conditions The availability to work 12-hour day or/and evening and weekend shifts, from approximately 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. or 6:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. Troubleshooting experience Use of mobile equipment Basic understanding of preventative maintenance Experience with mechanical equipment maintenance Understanding of safety aspects (PPE, Confined Space Entry Permits, LOTO, etc)Work Environment:

Constant or intermittent exposure to noise, dust, vibration, and irritating atmospheres at or around operating sites. Exposed frequently to existing weather conditions. Lift, carry, push, pull and/or move 50 pounds maximum, with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 pounds Repetitive and continuous work.Job Qualifications:
