Oversees the restaurant operation during the absence of the manager. Assist in seating, keeping the outlet clean, and preparing the outlet for service. Follow pre-determined service standards to ensure a positive guest dining experience. Essential Functions and Responsibilities + Monitors staff to ensure outstanding guest service is being provided to guest and handles any guest concerns or complaints + Handles escalated guest issues and employee relations + Work with minimal supervision + Inspect tables and stations, ensuring that all set ups meet the department standards. Check throughout meal period.
