Full-Time: Work 72 hours (Six 12-hour shifts per 2 week pay period)
Available Shifts: Days of the week may vary, but generally will work the schedule below. Also included in holiday rotation.
NOC: 6:30 PM - 6:00 AM
Week one: Thu, Fri, Sat
Week two: Sun, Wed, Thu
RN Charge Nurse
Eagle Crest Communities is seeking an RN to join our skilled nursing and rehab community, Riverside Transitional Care. When working as the Charge Nurse, it will be the successful candidate’s responsibility to direct resident care on the assigned shift and provide leadership, management and direction for staff.
What You’ll Do
Provide nursing care to our geriatric populationAdminister medications and provide treatmentsAssess, coordinate, implement and evaluate nursing careAs Charge, you will lead the care team on your shift, overseeing and directing cares provided to residents by nursing department staffAs Charge, provide direction and coordination with other department staff as neededInitiate and lead emergency procedures, in the event of disaster or emergencyWhat You’ll Need
Current license to practice in the state of Wisconsin as a Registered Nurse.Current CPR certification1-2 years of experience, preferably within a geriatric settingStrong organization and communication skills a must!Our Wages
Starting $39.50 +Based on experience and qualificationsWe pay for high performance. We will review your wage at six months.We also offer weekend differentials and standard and charge PM and Night shift differentials as well as call-in and pick-up incentives.Bonus EligibleOur Benefits
