As a RMA Engineer, you will:

Screen defective units returned from depots and customers based on warranty periods and priority list. Check customer’s log and return reason via Forticare tickets. Power on the units, test, recur the failure, and remove the failure to repair the units. Perform rework, burn-in test, stability test, power cycle test, script/rack test, etc. Format CF, erase disk, format logdisk, install OS, HQIP image, RTC check, update FortiCloud label, and upload logs to Osprey. Apply RTV with vendors and write-off process if needed. Work and resolve Customer RMA Service related queries through tickets in accordance with Fortinet policies. Meet Fortinet SLA and apply policy standards. Process both manual and automated RMA related orders. Attend to all emails and enquiries on RMA related issues. Follow up any RMA escalation and report to management. Participate in physical Inventory process by investigating and solving inventory discrepancies. Participate in RMA process and performance enhancement. Verify and correct RMA discrepancies into systems. Manage internal and external RMA escalations. Follow up on internal inventory transfer to remote RMA depots upon stock shortage. Generate timely reports measuring key performance indicator and other analysis as directed by senior management.  Generate regional RMA activity weekly reports. Provide RMA trends and level 1 Failure analysis upon senior management request. Maintain internal RMA websites and documentation up-to-date with relevant RMA information.

We Are Looking For:

Minimum of 3 years experience in electronic/electric field or IT field. Proven skills on minimum 2 of the 3 job aspects: electronic engineer/electric engineer/IT support. Excellent communicator. Fluent in English (TOEIC 500 or above). Commitment and teamwork are key attributes. Accurate data entry and an eye for details. Osprey experience. ERP/MS office experience (Oracle is a good plus). Good at compiling, preparing, and presenting data for reporting and analysis utilizing MS Excel and PowerPoint. Bachelor of Electronic/Electric/IT or any equivalent related field will be considered.
