Responsibilities: Conduct quality checks via “final eye” review of translated documentsEvaluate employee performance and ensure that all work meets client specificationsOversee final delivery of translations between geographically dispersed accounts, production, and technology teams across different time zones and culturesManage recorded data for quality metrics reports and trend analysisContribute to the development of new quality assessment policies and proceduresUndergo training to learn how to instruct new-hires on best practices in one-on-one and classroom settingsComplete any other tasks that are deemed appropriate for the role and assigned by the manager/supervisor
