Redeemer Health Care Center, located in the lively Uptown area, has a rare opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to lead our team as the Director of Nursing (DON)!  Redeemer is a 119 bed senior care campus providing comprehensive services, including short-term rehab, long-term skilled care, and memory care.  We also have an on-site child daycare and early learning center staffed by dedicated, educated teachers. In this role, you will supervise nursing staff, oversee patient care, and help us maintain high standards for care for our residents.  Our ideal candidate will have experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility, have strong leadership skills, and use innovative methods to create and implement processes that are used among all nursing staff members.   

This is a Full-Time, benefit eligible position working Monday through Friday. 

Salary Range: $105,000 to $120,000 depending on experience

Director of Nursing (DON) responsibilities:
