PeaceHealth, a mission-driven healthcare system, is seeking a dedicated Program Coordinator to join our dynamic team in beautiful Vancouver, Washington. **About the Role:** As a full time Program Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and optimizing our Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) program. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless patient care, from initial referral to post-procedure follow-up. Your expertise will be instrumental in providing compassionate care, education, and support to our patients and their families. **Key Responsibilities:** + Coordinate and develop clinical guidelines for outpatient and inpatient cardiac services. + Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, families, and referring physicians. + Facilitate patient education and support throughout the TAVR process. + Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. + Participate in quality improvement initiatives and data analysis. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required. + At least 3 years of cardiac nursing experience, including 2 years in a hospital setting. + Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State or MSL. + Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. + Cardiovascular Nurse Certification (CVRN or CCVN) preferred. + Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. + Proficiency in electronic health records and other relevant software. **Why Choose PeaceHealth and Vancouver, WA?** + **Mission-Driven Culture:** Be part of an organization committed to improving the health and well-being of our communities. + **Competitive Compensation and Benefits:** A salary range of $44.25 - $66.37, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
