The RN in this position will identify and implement nursing interventions that have less predictable outcomes and evaluates the results of these interventions for a given patient population. A nurse at this level may be required to assume leadership responsibility.

Schedule:

60 hours every 2 weeks  Rotating day, evening and night shifts Combination of 8 and 12 hour shifts on weekdays Every 3rd weekend, 12 hour shifts Rotating holidays

Offerings:

Pay rate minimum: $38.12 (ADN); $38.45 (BSN); $40.37 (MSN) $3,500 hiring bonus or $5,000 Sign-on bonus with 1 year of acute care RN experience and $5,000 in relocation assistance available. Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Current RN licensure in the State of Minnesota. Working knowledge of professional nursing theory and practice. A knowledge of growth and development; specifically, an understanding of the cognitive, physical, emotional, and chronological maturation process. An understanding of the range of treatment needed by patients of all ages in relation to the growth and development processes to include neonate, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.

**Relocation assistance requirements: Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from facility and relocate to within 30 miles of it.
