You’ll be at the forefront of post-operative cardiac care, handling heart catheterizations, pacemakers, and even post-day one open-heart surgeries. Your expertise will also extend to non-invasive respiratory support, sepsis, and kidney disease care. What You'll Do: + Provide goal-directed, individualized nursing care, using your clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills. + Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to manage patient care, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality. + Educate patients and their families, serving as a vital link between them and the care team. + Respond quickly to changing patient conditions, working efficiently with the 1:3 nurse-to-patient ratio designed for high-acuity care. Shift: Night Shift - 12 Hours (United States of America) Schedule Details: Please know schedules and shifts are subject to change based on patient care and department/organizational needs. Schedule: Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
