The IMPACT Pilot is an innovative new program in ambulatory care at UCLA where registered nurses (RN) will work in a virtual team-based environment supporting nurse practitioners, physicians, and staff of ambulatory clinics to assist in the management of physicians’ CareConnect inbasket, care gap closure, and population health initiatives.

In this role, you will

Provide virtual patient care, at the top of your license, during the course of addressing in-basket messages. Provide patient education in clinical areas relevant to your scope of work. Through frequent communication with clinic staff, provide guidance and best practices when identified. Working with the Administrative Director, Medical Director, Nurse Practitioner, and Clinic Manager, provide feedback on the pilot and identify areas for improvement and growth. Salary Range: $63.83-$96.57 Hourly
