**We are seeking a RN for our state of the art facility in Glens Falls.** **$32.00-$58.74** **Shifts: 8's, 10's or 12's, Days and Evenings** **Shiff Diff!!!!!** **SIGN ON BONUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!** The RN is responsible for the accurate reconciliation of medications for the admitted patient. Working under the supervision of the Director of Nursing Resources this position works collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to communicate any discrepancies in the patient’s medication history. Works closely with the Quality Department, Nursing Leadership, and medical providers to identify opportunities for improvement in the medication reconciliation process. **Education/Experience** Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred; new hires will be required to complete their BSN within 5 years of hire. Graduation from a Registered Professional Nursing Program.
