**Responsibilities**
**Position Summary:**
All employees are expected to perform their duties in alignment with the vision and values of the organization. The person doing this job is responsible for a variety of tasks within the Cardiac Service line that lead to a high level of customer satisfaction in the most cost-effective manner. To provide systems and data analysis support for the Revenue Reporting and Systems Department focusing on the Revenue operations and implementation opportunities to improve net revenue realization and cash flow. The goal of this department is to bridge the financial gap and assure compliant revenue generation. This position will also serve as a resource for internal departments (i.e. decision support patient financial services and finance). Position will be responsible for development of reports and training/education of staff pertaining the revenue operations. Working with CDM analyst and department managers to control late charges and improve charge captures.
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Qualifications:**
- Current CA RN license
- 3-5 years' experience in the Cath Lab as well as other acute care settings within the hospital.
- Must have excellent communication problem solving and organizational skills.
- Education level necessary to obtain required licensure and certifications.
- Knowledge of supplies and equipment necessary used in the Cath Lab for such procedures including but not limited to cardiac peripheral electrophysiology neuro and interventional radiology
- Proficient with Excel. Strong analytical and communication skills.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience and/or familiarity in revenue operations charge entry and coding.
- Knowledge of hospital finance system and preforming Charge Reconciliation with the individual departments for any rejected charges.
- Coding certificate (CCS)
**Pay Range**
$42.11 - $73.08 /hour
