As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you’ll play a vital role in our ability to continuously provide Care Beyond Compare through your exceptional leadership, guidance, and supervision of the nursing team. Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff, ensuring high-quality care delivery. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve departmental and center goals and objectives. Monitor patient care delivery and clinical outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards, including state and federal regulations. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professional growth, and employee engagement. Work closely with the center’s Director of Human Resources to recruit and onboard nursing staff. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance patient care and safety. Perform other duties as required to provide exceptional care to each resident.What you need
Active, unencumbered licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in North Carolina. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in nursing practice and patient care. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and lead a diverse team of healthcare professionals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized and detail oriented.
