We have a team of staff Psychiatrists, Nurses, Counselors, Social Workers, Case Managers and Technicians that offer individual, group and family therapy. Additionally, we support this with medication therapy and other interventions. SOVAH Danville offers a supportive,safeand healing environment for recovery. Qualifications and requirements Applicants should have a current VA (or Multi-state) RN license andpossessa nursing degree from an accredited nursing school (Bachelor’sdegree required within 3 years of hire, or transfer to the role).Additionalrequirements include: * Previous experience in a psychiatric health care facility, with direct experience working with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric and geriatric patients preferred. * Two years leadership or charge nurse experience, preferred. * May be required to work flexible hours. Must agree to travel across campuses if needed by the Director (SOVAH Martinsville / SOVAH Danville). Basic Life Support (BLS) American Heart Association (AHA) required.
