The Clinic RN / LPN assists the provider in the care of patients. Coordinates all care activities so that provider time in the clinical area is maximized. Education:ASN required, BSN preferred. Licensure: Registered Nurse / LPN License Required, CPR Certification within 3 months of hire Education: + Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university required. Certification/Experience: + Registered Nurse License in the State of Indiana required. + Current CPR Certification preferred, required within 3 months of hire. + Minimum of one-year experience in a physician office RN role preferred.
