This position will be on-site and be assigned to Hospitalist care teams. + Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm; days only + No weekend requirement + Full-Time; Benefits Eligible + Up to a $2500 sign-on bonus + 2 years of previous RN expereince preferred + BSN prefered, ADN required. **Overview** Since 1937, **Alton Memorial Hospital** has cared for residents in Alton, Illinois, and the surrounding communities in a five-county area. Starting as a land gift to the community from the Smith family, Alton Memorial today is a full-service acute care hospital. Alton Memorial offers patients a variety of inpatient and outpatient services, including surgery services, medical imaging, interventional and diagnostic heart services, cancer care, rehabilitation, 24-hour emergency care, ambulance services and more. Case Management, Utilization Review, Social Services: Provides admission and continued stay reviews on all patients for the purpose of compliance and the proper utilization of resources. Provides social service resources to patient's and their families. **Preferred Qualifications** **Role Purpose** Coordinates, negotiates, procures and manages the care of patients to facilitate achievement of quality cost-effective outcomes. Works collaboratively with physicians and interdisciplinary staff, internal and external to the organization, to identify and resolve issues.
