The RN - Charge Nurse is proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective managerial skills. Acts as a professional role model for other members of the nursing teamActs as a professional role model for other members of the nursing team. Requirements:
Registered Nurse licenseBLS18 months RN acute care experienceBachelor's Degree in Nursing or BS Healthcare related field or an RN Professional Nurse Specialty CertificationCertification must be RN Professional, nationally recognized and applicable to the current primary area of practice on the approved Clinical Registered Nurse Certifications Grid
