This is a Part-Time (0.60 FTE), Night Shift position offering a competitive salary range of$54.21 - $78.61and a comprehensive benefits package. About the Role: As a Charge Nurse, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of patient care. You'll lead and mentor our nursing team, coordinate patient care, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment. Key Responsibilities: + Coordinate patient care delivery and staff assignments. + Supervise and assess the quality of nursing care provided. + Guide and mentor staff in providing compassionate care to diverse patient populations. + Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. + Identify and implement opportunities for clinical practice improvement. + Participate in staff development and education. Qualifications: + Required: + Accredited School of Nursing + 2 years of acute care nursing experience + Registered Nurse (RN) License in Washington State + Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required + ACLS within 6 months of hire. + Demonstrated leadership and communication skills. + Commitment to providing patient-centered care.
