**Registered Nurse (RN) Full Time, Days Charge Position in the Orthopedics Unit at Northwest Health - Porter Hospital**
+ Full- time: 36 hours per week, 12 hour shifts
+ Hours: 7a-7p
+ _Sign on bonus up to $40,000_

**About this unit:**
+ Nurses on this unit provide care for a wide range of orthopedic injuries and disorders. The skilled team — featuringorthopedic surgeons,physicalandoccupationaltherapists, pain management physicians and other specialists — is focused on relieving patient pain.

**Employment Requirements:**

**Education:**
+ ASN required, BSN preferred
**Licensure & Certification:**
+ RN in the State of Indiana.
+ BLS certification must be maintained while in this position
+ ACLS certification within 12 months of hire, must be maintained while in this position
