RN Charge – Transitional Care at Mother Joseph Care Center

This is a working supervisory position involving oversight of the assigned nursing unit.  Supervises Primary Care Nurses and Nursing Assistants, and covers in the absence or need of Primary Care Nurses.  May participate in direct patient care by administering medication, providing primary skin care, assisting in modifying treatment regimen to meet patients' physical and psychosocial needs.   Re-adjusts and reorganizes staff based on facility need.

Required qualifications:

Registered Nurse  Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire 3 years of RN experience (preferably in sub-acute care), or previous charge nurse experience, or 2 years relevant leadership experience.
