+ JOB SUMMARY + Direct care to patients within a clinical setting using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Functions and performs all technical aspects of nursing care within the framework of established policies and procedures of the Mississippi Board of Nursing and Anderson Regional Medical Center. Responsible for managing patient care of assigned patients and guiding/directing the activities of ancillary staff. Expected to participate in various clinical tasks and responsibilities to help contribute to the overall positive workflow. + DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES + Demonstrates Competency in the Following Areas: + Education/Regulatory Requirements: + Current Mississippi RN license. + Minimum of three years nursing experience. + Active member of professional nursing organization encouraged. + BCLS certified and trained in CPR + Clinical experience preferred. + TB Certified required within 6 months of hire, with re-certification every five (5) years + Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT) Certified required within 6 months of hire + DOT drug screen collection certified required within 3 months of hire + Skills: + Moderate to advanced computer and data entry skills.
