~50% direct patient care - daily nurse visits for injection and CGM placements and education.In-basket management.Performing patient assessments, care tasks, and medication administration as appropriate.Assisting glucose monitoring education for diabetic patients.Educate patients and document patient interactions while practicing infection control.Contributing to the team as necessary to ensure quality patient care within your own scope of practice.This is a full time, benefited position generally working Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm.
