RN Clinic Manager - Pediatric Specialties Clinics

Work Schedule: 

This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE position that is scheduled to work Monday through Friday typically from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will work at the Waisman Center located at 1500 Highland Ave, Madison, WI.

We are seeking an RN Clinic Manager – Pediatric Specialties Clinics at the Waisman Center:  

Provide dynamic leadership for our Developmental Pediatrics, Genetics and Autism Treatment Program Clinics. Ensure the provision of remarkable patient care for our pediatric patients and their families most efficiently and effectively. Manage daily operations and administrative functions of the pediatric specialties clinics.

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Required Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN), Healthcare Management, Business, or related healthcare field Preferred Work Experience 2 years healthcare operations supervisory/management experience or three (3) years of progressive relevant leadership experience Required 5 years progressive, relevant supervisory/management experience Preferred Previous clinic/healthcare management experience Preferred Licenses & Certifications Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) where patients are receiving care or may work as eligible per state licensing regulations Required Applicable clinical certification Preferred Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion UW Health is committed to being a diverse, equitable, inclusive and anti-racist workplace and is an Equal Employment Opportunity, Affirmative Action employer.
