RN Clinic Supervisor, Generations

100% FTE, Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm. Minimal weekend coverage may be required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will be working at the Deming Way Clinic in Madison, WI.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse(RN) to: 

Assist the RN Clinic Manager in leading the day-to-day operation and coordination of patient care services.  Coordinate, assign and guide the work activities of clinic staff. Promote staff continuing education and evidence-based practice. Experience with patient relations, legal, social work and the ability to partner with various stakeholders. Execute nursing interventions by collaborating with the inter-professional team incorporating appropriate standards of care and practice and patient outcomes. Assist with process improvement, operational improvement, staffing needs, schedules, timecards, time off requests, sick calls, meeting agendas, coordination of staff onboarding, orientation coordination, etc.

Education:

Minimum – Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

Work Experience:

Minimum – Two (2) years of RN experience.

Preferred – One (1) year of progressive relevant leadership experience.

Certifications: 

Minimum – RN licensed in the state where employed.

Preferred – Applicable clinical certification.
