Responsible for regulatory compliance and maintains a safe work environment which matches appropriate resources to appropriate patient care tasks. Responsible for maintaining patient focused care as measured by patient satisfaction survey. Responsible for assuring all clinical personnel is working within their scope of practice. **Responsibilities:** + Demonstrates a high level of clinical competence in providing leadership in coordination of care. + Directs a team to assist with procedures monitors patients and provides appropriate follow-up care. + Coordinates the care of patients through appropriate triage. Coordinates open access, test verification and follow-upsystems, referrals and appropriate documentation.
