What You’ll Do
Serve as a resource and internal consultant to promote understanding and effective use of healthcare technology across departments.
Implement informatics solutions that improve quality, safety, and workflow efficiency.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify problems, recommend solutions, and ensure successful implementation of new systems or upgrades.
Analyze and interpret data to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in training, education, and end-user support to ensure clinical staff are confident and successful with system tools.
Stay current on regulatory requirements, best practices, and emerging trends in clinical informatics.
What You Bring
Current Montana RN license or multistate compact license.
Strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative and professional approach.
Ability to act with integrity, empathy, and a commitment to excellence.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn new systems and tools.
A self-starter mindset, able to balance independent work with teamwork and cross-department collaboration.
