Make a Difference
As an RN Clinical Supervisor, you’ll drive quality and safety outcomes, develop clinical staff, and serve as a clinical lead. You’ll collaborate with the practice manager on hiring, coaching, training, and performance evaluations. You’ll also help with patient rooming and triage as needed, ensuring adherence to our quality standards.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

Team collaboration and excellent communication skills Positive problem-solving attitude Graduate of an accredited nursing school or three years of related experience Licensed RN in Indiana (NLC) BSN preferred 3 years of medical office experience required 2 years of clinical supervision or lead experience preferred Proficient in computer documentation Strong organizational and multitasking skills Exceptional customer service skills Strong internal and patient/staff relations Accountable and self-directed
