This position will supervise clinical staff in 3 practices (Family Med, Pediatrics and Internal Med), within 2 buildings in Carmel, IN. 

Make a Difference
The RN Supervisor - Ambulatory proactively works towards achieving quality and safety outcomes through process and performance improvement, as well as the following:

Triage, rooming patients, vital signs, patient education, and prescription refills Serves as clinical lead and resource to all clinical staff in collaboration with the practice manager Supervise and schedules clinical staff Educates/guides and evaluates clinical staff Acts as a liaison between physicians and clinical team.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.

Graduate of National League for Nursing (NLN), Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA) accredited school of nursing, or three years of related professional nursing experience. Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC). Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred. 3-years of medical office experience required. 2-years clinical supervision or lead experience preferred (may also be outside of healthcare) Computer skills for documentation and work-related purposes are required.  Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task. Demonstrates customer service skills to provide exceptional patient and family experience. Able to maintain strong internal and patient/staff relations. Accountable and self-directed.
