Job Title: RN Coordinator
Job Description

The Nurse Coordinator/Scribe works directly with the physician and assists with documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) of any verbally communicated or written information or orders, assists with procedures, provides patient education and training, and coordinates care with external providers. Experience in cardiology is necessary to ensure a smooth learning curve in the specialty. The role will expand as the team becomes fully staffed.

This position requires coordination of calls and EMR documentation in a clinical setting. The schedule is Monday to Friday during the day shift with expected overtime, averaging 50-hour weeks until fully staffed. On-call work during weekends is required, with more frequent on-call shifts initially, decreasing as the team becomes fully staffed. The on-call compensation includes $5 per hour for any hours on call and an additional 0.5 pay for any hours worked.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $45.00/hr.
