In this role, you will have opportunities to develop a fulfilling career and receive comprehensive benefits that invest in your health, your physical and mental well-being and your future. **A caregiver in this position works from 7:00AM - 7:30PM.** A caregiver who excels in this role will: + Provide direct nursing care. + Implement, monitor, evaluate, update and revise patient care plans. + Monitor, record, document and communicate patients' conditions. + Administer prescribed medications and treatments. + Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. + Assess and coordinate patients' discharge needs. + Educate patients and their families. Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + Graduate from an accredited school of Professional Nursing + Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) + Minimum one year current ICU or one year of acute care RN experience in a hospital setting. + Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) + Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) upon or within one year of hire Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) Our caregivers continue to create the best outcomes for our patients across each of our facilities.
