Summary\:
· The Dialysis RN will demonstrate the ability to be self-directed and function independently in the dialysis setting.
· The Dialysis RN demonstrates the competent skills to perform IHD and SLED treatments as per nephrologist orders and shall provide appropriate assessment, evaluation, ongoing monitoring and interventions per facility policies and procedures.
