**Job Summary** The Dialysis RN plans, organizes, and oversees the daily operations of the dialysis department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. This position provides leadership and direction to staff, focusing on patient satisfaction, employee engagement, financial stewardship, and compliance with quality and safety standards.
