The role you’ll contribute:

The Clinical Improvement Coordinator works in conjunction with Nursing Administration to evaluate care provided to our population served. Based on direct observation of nursing staff processes and patient outcomes, the Clinical Improvement Coordinator identifies gaps in the coordination of care, develops an action plan, and coordinates the implementation.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

· Demonstrates the ability to maintain bedside clinical skills and is proficient in EMR documentation.

· Develops and executes unit-based staff education relative to but not limited to new equipment, medication, policy and procedure changes, and advances in clinical practice.

· Works with the Nurse Manager to facilitate successful onboarding of new staff.

· Nurse Leader Rounds on patients as directed by Nursing Director. Provides feedback to nursing staff that includes coaching and guidance to improve patient safety and quality outcomes.

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :

Minimum qualifications :

Graduate of an approved school of nursing

Must have a minimum of 3 years’ clinical experience

Current Florida RN license

Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
