The Electrophysiology (EP) Lab RN provides direct patient care during invasive cardiac electrophysiology procedures, including ablations, device implants (pacemakers, ICDs, loop recorders), and laser lead removal. Responsibilities include patient assessment, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, assisting physicians with procedures, and ensuring patient safety and comfort. Nurses participate in the roles of scrubbing, circulating and stimming. Requires strong critical thinking skills, knowledge of cardiac rhythms and electrophysiology principles, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Education opportunities exist to expand roles and knowledge. Enrollment in CHART Academy with the goal of taking and passing the RCES examination. We deliver inspired people to do meaningful work. **Qualifications** We require: + Current WA State RN license is required. + 1 or more years recent RN experience with acute care patients. + CPR certification is required every two years or as specified by the work. + Graduation from an accredited school of nursing approved by the Washington State Board of Nursing. + Please be advised that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire.
