Job Summary

\n

As a Seasonal RN, you align with our nursing model, manage patient care, evaluate, recognize, create, implement care plans. Monitor patient progress is also vital. Your knowledge will help patients navigate the healthcare system safely, reducing complications. You will use your expertise to understand patient needs and the healthcare environment.

\n

What You'll Do

\n\nUsing good judgment and clinical reasoning, conduct thorough assessments following practice standards.\nIdentify patient and family needs, then develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans accordingly. Make adjustments as needed.\nCreating safe, therapeutic environments for patients, families, and staff.\nManaging emotional and physical pain to promote recovery and prevent unnecessary suffering.\n\n

Qualifications

\n\nA degree from a recognized nursing program or two years of relevant work experience\nA minimum of (1) one year's experience in the field of nursing\nA valid Registered Nurse license\nThe ability to obtain a Basic Life Support certification within the first 30 days of employment.\n
