Here, you will work alongside passionate and dedicated caregivers, receive endless support and appreciation, and have the opportunity to offer ideas and suggestions for process improvement. **A caregiver in this position works 6:00AM - 6:30PM, with on-call requirements.** A caregiver who excels in this role will: + Provide direct nursing care. + Implement, monitor, evaluate, update and revise patient care plans. + Monitor, record, document and communicate patients' conditions. + Administer prescribed medications and treatments. + Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. + Assess and coordinate patients' discharge needs. + Educate patients and their families. Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + Graduate from an accredited school of professional Nursing + Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) + Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) + One year of current acute care and / or Emergency Department RN experience OR licensed military RN experience Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) + Previous Endoscopy experience + Two years of Acute Care experience Our caregivers continue to create the best outcomes for our patients across each of our facilities.
