Responsibilities:
The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for the planning, coordination and delivery of quality care services to the client and accountable for the agency’s adherence and compliance to federal, state, and local laws, accreditation, agency policies and standards.
Supervisory field visits to clients’ homes to provide reassessment, training support, in-home coordination and/or crisis managementObserve clinical proficiencies to ensure aides are knowledgeable, competent, and trained properly.Supervises the activities of the field Home Health Aides (HCSS)Deliver hands-on nursing care during emergencies, including vacation coverage and field visits at multiple locations.Serve as the on-call nurse during assigned weeks, handling emergencies and client visits, including weekendsJob Type: Full Time
Salary: $110,000 Annually (Negotiable)
QualificationsQualifications:
• Current New York State license as a Registered Nurse.
Education:
• Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from an approved school is preferred.
