Key responsibilities of this role include:
+ Evaluating assigned patient and plans
+ Implementing and documenting care
+ Performing various patient tests and administering medications within the scope of practice
+ Teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self- care skills
Key qualifications to be considered for this include:
+ License to practice as an RN in the state of Arkansas
+ Current American Heart association BLS certification
+ Current ACLS and PALS certification at start or acquired within first 90 Days
Key responsibilities of this role include:
Coordinates the activities of the unit and directs, organizes, and assigns work. Assesses, monitors, and educates on patient
care. Institutes emergency procedures as necessary
Plans, directs, and evaluates the overall nursing care and functions in a particular nursing unit or during an assigned shift
Implementing and documenting care
Associate's degree in nursing required. Bachelors degree preferred. At least 3-5 years of clinical experience. Licensure as a registered nurse to practice in Arkansas..
**Key qualifications for this role include:**
Education:
Graduate of an accredited registered nurse program
Experience:
3+ year RN experience in an acute care hospital ER setting preferred
Licenses/Certifications:
Licensed to practice as an RN in the state of Arkansas in accordance with the Arkansas Nursing Board Practice Act
Current Basic Life Support certification through American Heart Association
