Job Description:
The Registered Nurse Home Health, under the direction of the Home Health Clinical Supervision and on order of the physician, is accountable for direct and indirect quality care for patients of all ages, according to the individualized needs of the patient, following the nursing process and in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act. Professional development is an integral part of this nursing practice. Position coordinates patient care activities with other members of the health care team in a collegial relationship.

Required Qualification:

Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.1 year medical/surgical experience in an acute care setting or if hired for Mental Health RN work assignment 1 year experience in either an acute care setting or community mental health setting.National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire - if practicing within this state.

Preferred Qualification:

Recent Home Health experience.Community mental health experience, geriatric experience, and ANCC Psychiatric for Mental Health RN work assignment.Hospice or Palliative Care experience for Palliative Care RN work assignment.Point of Care experience.
