For more information visit https://www.dignityhealth.org/north-state/locations/stelizabethhospital. **Responsibilities** **Position Summary:** The Home Health RN provides and/or supervises skilled nursing care services to patients in the home as directed by physicians. **Qualifications** **Minimum Qualifications:** + Current CA RN license. + Valid California Drivers License and proof of current Automobile Insurance. + BLS certification (through the AHA) + One year prior experience as an RN in an acute care setting. + Two of the last five years working as a RN in a Home Health Agency. + Demonstrated experience working with Oasis "C" data set. + Will consider training if no qualified applicants apply. + AA degree in Nursing **Preferred Qualifications:** + We prefer candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and a PHN certification. **Pay Range** $50.81 - $66.59 /hour We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
