Required Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License. Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association. Within 30 days of hire: National Provider Identifier (NPI) number. 1 year of full time experience practicing as a Registered Nurse. This position requires that you obtain an NPI number within 30 days of starting in the position. The NPI process is free, and the application may take several weeks to process. Bachelor's Degree 1 year of recent (within last three years) clinical experience in a Medicare certified Homecare or Hospice agency/facility doing intermittent visits and case management.
