Required Qualifications:  

Degree/diploma from accredited school of nursing. Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire. National Provider Identifier (NPI) number within 30 days of hire. 1 year experience in acute care. This position requires that you obtain an NPI number within 30 days of starting in the position. Preferred Qualifications: 

Bachelor's Degree in nursing from accredited school of nursing with public health preparation. 3 years experience in home health, acute care or a skilled nursing facility. Recent home health, acute or extended care experience
