Overview **Eligible for $15,000 Sign on Bonus - external candidates** **$5,000 Sign on Bonus for New Grad RNs - internal and external candidates** Expected pay for this position is $32.08 - $40.41/hour. Actual pay will be based off of licensure. POSITION SUMMARY: Protects, promotes and restores health and wellness by practicing at the highest level of the Registered Nurse licensure; collaborating with Providers and multidisciplinary care team members to provide care coordination acrosss the continuum. Assesses and supports physical symptoms, provides psycyhological support to patients, friends, and families, mentors assinged team members, promotes best practices and maintains professional disposition at all times. Will be scheduled and required to work 11 out of every 12 weekends. The RN Hospital Inpatient/ED operates in units that provide 24/7 care in the hospital.
