**Overview** As a House Supervisor at CHI St. Alexius Health, you'll oversee a team of frontline nurses caring for patients. Your previous experience in acute care adds tremendous value to our nursing team. You'll advocate for your fellow nurses as you support them in reaching their full potential, which aligns with your department's operational goals and objectives. You will work in collaboration with fellow House Supervisors, Managers and Directors to help deliver exceptional patient care and a healthy team culture. Share your knowledge and confidence with assistant nurse managers, charge nurses, and others. **Qualifications** **Required Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required OR must be currently enrolled and complete Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. **Required Licensure and Certifications:** + Current RN licensure in the State of North Dakota or compact state. + Basic Life Support is required upon hire.Acceptable credentialing bodies and certifications include the following: American Heart Association: Basic Life Support. + ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) and CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification required. **Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Training:** 3 to 5 years of clinical experience required. **While you’re busy impacting the healthcare industry, we’ll take care of you with benefits that include health/dental/vision, FSA, matching retirement plans, paid vacation, adoption assistance, and more!** **Pay Range** $38.62 - $54.54 /hour We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
