Job Summary
The Supervisor, House - RN provides critical leadership during assigned shifts to oversee hospital operations and ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care. This role acts as the administrative point of contact during non-business hours, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. The Supervisor coordinates patient flow, manages staffing, addresses emergencies, and ensures compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards, serving as a resource for clinical and non-clinical staff.

Associate Degree in Nursing required Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing preferred 2-4 years of clinical nursing experience in the acute care environment required 0-2 years of prior leadership or supervisory experience preferredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to manage complex patient care situations. Effective leadership and decision-making skills in high-pressure and emergency situations. Proficient in managing hospital operations, including staffing, patient flow, and resource allocation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration among staff, physicians, and administration. Knowledge of hospital policies, regulatory standards, and best practices in patient care. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address operational and patient care challenges. Ability to handle sensitive patient and family concerns with professionalism and empathy.Licenses and Certifications
