The starting rate for this position is: $37.60/hr Rate of pay displayed reflects the beginning of the pay scale. Position Summary: Under the direction and supervision of the Administrative Director of Nursing, manages hospital operations on assigned shifts in compliance with the Hospital Mission, philosophy, goals and policies. This position is responsible for safe staffing, responds to all clinical emgencies, administrator on site during their shift and is responsible for all hospital operations.
